Privacy Policy
At YAVESSA, your privacy is our priority. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
1. Information Collection: When you visit our site or place an order, we may collect your name, shipping address, email, phone number, and payment information. We also collect certain technical data automatically, including your IP address and browsing behavior, as described below.
2. How We Use It: We use this information to process your order, arrange delivery, provide customer support, and (with your consent) send promotional emails. We also use data collected through analytics tools to understand how visitors use our site, improve our services, and enhance your experience.
3. Data Protection: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share necessary data with partners who help us operate our site and fulfill orders (e.g., payment gateways, shipping carriers).
4. Cookies and Analytics: Our site uses cookies to enhance your browsing experience and analyze site traffic. We use the following third-party analytics services:
Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website. Google Analytics collects information such as your IP address, pages visited, time spent on pages, and other usage data. For users located in the European Union, Google Analytics 4 anonymizes IP addresses before collection and does not store or log individual IP addresses. For users outside the EU, Switzerland, and the UK, Google Analytics collects IP addresses to provide basic services such as spam detection and coarse geolocation, but does not associate raw IP addresses with user identifiers and discards them after use.
Microsoft Clarity: We use Microsoft Clarity to better understand user behavior through heatmaps and session recordings. Microsoft Clarity collects your IP address to enable IP exclusion features for project administrators, but masks IP addresses before storing them on Microsoft servers to protect your privacy and comply with data protection regulations such as GDPR. Clarity also collects behavioral and technical data including mouse movements, scrolling behavior, click paths, browser type, and estimated geolocation from anonymized IP addresses.
5. Your Rights: You have the right to contact us anytime to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You may also opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
